Occasional action queue desync
In rare cases, a queued action may not appear immediately after submission. Refreshing the page resolves this.
Bank menu scroll on small screens
On very small mobile screens (< 360px), the bond investment panel may require extra scrolling to reach the confirm button.
Piracy losses not updating immediately
After destroying a pirate starbase, the financial summary may still show piracy losses until the next turn ends.

Research allocation resetting to defaults
After a game reload, research allocations were sometimes reverting to 4% across all fields. Fixed in v1.020.
